Celebrating a decade:
the anniversary campaign

2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the internationally acclaimed

»KitchenInnovation of the Year®« award. And the competition to choose the winning products has never been so relevant, with consumer opinion evolving over the past

few years into the most important factor when it comes to evaluating and recommending products.


The figures speak for themselves:

Since the award was first launched, a total of over

  • 260 outstanding kitchen products and brands have been selected by
  • 12,300 consumers, covering
  • over 50 countries to date.


In order to keep up the good work, the initiative is launching its new consumer campaign »Live Well« with the following programme:

  • All the latest winners will be featured not only on the “KitchenInnovation of the Year®” website, but also in detail on the new consumer advice platform “myLifeCare – Live Well” (www.mylifecare.de).
  • To give consumers the opportunity to experience them live, the exhibition of winning products will be extended: at »Harald’s Kochschule«, Munich’s first and most popular cookery school, all products will be displayed in a dedicated space for a one-year period. They will also be used in cookery courses and events for an agreed period.
  • The live cookery events will go out to over 12,000 cookery fans, while a further 1.2 m contacts are created by the mylifecare.de and haraldskochschule.de websites in the target group.
